THE TRAILBLAZER
Trailblazer lots are access lots only. They are intended for individuals who wish to obtain an access key to Suburban Estates in order to enjoy and respect the land. Access lots are not intended for camps. Access lots are randomly distributed and choosing your access lot is impossible.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
The lot comes with a Special Warrenty Deed. The deed is signed and notorized by a verified Bank of America representative along with two other Bank of America employee signatures, and Edenco land owner signature (signing over their ownership) in compliance with Florida law. If you chose to upgrade in the future we will take your access lot back and discount your new lot by your intial purchase price.
WORK START POLICY:
A copy of your Special Warrenty Deed will be available to you once the total sale amount has cleared the Edenco Bank of America account. You may obtain the deed in person at Bank of America on the corner of Hoffner Ave and Goldenrod Rd in Orlando, FL or we can mail it to a secure address with a signature of the buyer as a requirement.
OBTAINING A KEY:
Edenco does not control the keys (see the SEPA Link at the bottom of the Edenco Home Page and follow instructions for key aquisition).
WARNING:
Trailblazer lots are access lots for a reason. Trying to reach your land may be extremely dangerous and is not recommended by anyone without serious survival skills. It is the policy of Edenco to recommend against trying to reach your purchased access lot.
